A full transformation from concept to completion, the IOCANDO HQ was a journey that spanned over two years—shaped through close collaboration, patience, and a shared vision.​​

Designed for a female-led team, the spatial direction embraces a refined balance of softness and strength. A palette of coral pink and warm neutrals is paired with gentle curved forms, creating an environment that feels elegant, welcoming, and quietly confident.

Lighting and material selections were carefully refined throughout the process. Subtle adjustments in illumination and the integration of bronze finishes elevate the overall spatial experience—bringing depth, warmth, and a distinctive identity to the workspace.
